Tips to reduce Tummy fat

2.Do not go to bed immediately after having food.If possible walk for some 10-15 mts on your open terrace or on the street.
3.Do not take sweet in any form after 6 in the evening.Those taken will not be broken down and will get stored as fat.Sweets can be taken preferably during day time.
4.Have meals in small portion filled with Vegetables and Pulses.Redmeat can be restricted to less no of days in quantity.Avoid fast foods.
5.Drink 5-7 liters of water everyday.This will help you to cutdown your hunge,apart from helping in digestion.
6.Avoid doing exercises only to tone up a particular part say your belly.This will make that part of muscle stiff.Exercise for your whole body.
7.Avoid taking food substance with fat unless it is essential.Skimmed Milk can be used instead of the one with fat.
8.Always sit and stand in the proper erect position.Incorrect position will make your belly look big and will start gapplying pressure leaving pain in the Spinal cord too.
9. Don’t try for easy ways to reduce fat like taking pills.Losing fat takes more time than it takes to build fat.So be Patient and try the proper way using Diet control followed by some aerobic exercies.Mild Jogging and walking also could help.
10.Some researches have confirmed that Stress too play an important role in fat storage.So make yourself tension free by getting involved in some sort of Hobby or recreational activity.Meditation helps in a greater way.
