By filling up on the stuff that’s good for you first, you keep yourself from overdoing it with less healthy foods.

You’ve been doing pretty good so far but you’re still not exercising, are you? Sooner or later, you are going to having to find a way to get your body moving. Try not to think of it as a workout. Instead, think of something fun that you like to do and make time for it in your schedule. Perhaps you could join a karate class or take swimming lessons. Whatever it is, make sure you enjoy it because you will be more likely to stick with it if you do.
