So what is the best diet to follow for solid weight loss? The best diet to follow is NO DIET at all. Contrary to popular belief, diets are often short-term and unhealthy. When trying to lose weight, you need to think about healthy ways of doing so and keeping it off PERMANENTLY.

Consider these things when it comes to dieting and weight loss:

Diets Generally Fail

It’s true. The fact is diets may produce minimal results, and people rarely stick to diets for extended periods of time. Additionally, if weight is lost with a diet, people often put the weight back on once the diet is stopped. This alone is a clear sign that dieting should not be promoted as a healthy lifestyle.

Intake Is Limited With Dieting

Practically all diets promise weight loss… but how healthy is it? Sure you may lose some pounds, but at what expense? How can one diet be better than another? Shouldn’t all diets be the same with intake? They should, but they are not. They all differ, and they all limit essential nutrients and vitamins that you miss out on daily. This is not healthy nor should it be promoted as a lifestyle.

Eat, Eat, And Eat

I’m blunt about this… eat what you want. Of course, eat in moderation, never go overboard. However, it is proven that you can eat what you want and lose weight… a lot of weight. So how is this done you ask? It is all in the WAY we eat our foods. This is a complete fact. Unfortunately many of us know little information about this. When eating certain foods together an accelerated fat-burning effect kicks in. And I’m talking about all foods. The key is to know how to do this.
