Your brain will register your body as in its starvation mode causing your body to burn less fat. This will make you even fatter. It is all right to eat if what you eat are the healthy ones.

Doctors suggest that eight to ten glasses of water per day is more than enough to keep your body hydrated and fit.

Daily exercise is very important for one who plans to lose weight. To burn all those calories, one needs to sweat and to keep his heart rate up. It is emotionally demanding to lose weight so having a coach to guide you through this is a big benefit. Just by eating right, exercising daily, and having a proper mindset you’d be in top shape in no time.
