Therefore, we can say that the motivation varies person to person. Once the motivation ignites up, it burns the feelings and really boosts up the person to work for a certain cause.
We are actually run by the various forces that motivate us to work hard and with a proper stamina to get things done in an effective way. For many people it is a very difficult task to wake up early morning and engage in the cumbersome task of dressing up everyday. This can really exhaust their half day energy.
Yet, there are some people who have a habit to wake up early in the mooring to get the things done properly and early and live a life full of motivation.
The motivation level changes time to time and there are some periods one’s life when he loses hope and feel drained out of motivation.
The person lacking motivational level faces many complexities; he will find it very tough to start his work again to get the targets he had set in the past. This can have very tragic effects on his personality and he may be a victim of depression.
One can easily get rid of the depression and lack of motivation by setting small targets and achieving them to feel motivated and this will have positive impacts on his work.
The important and main thing to keep the motivational level up all the time is the working environment. If the environment is good and supportive then you will feel that every thing is running fine and the targets seem easy to achieve.
